  Reason: To replace the Registered date with “18 August 2021”. The incorrect date was inserted during the compilation process. <br><br> Sections 2 and 4 and Schedule 3 should not have been repealed under sections 48C and 48D of the Legislation Act 2003 as the disallowance period had not yet ended. This compilation was rectified to reinsert sections 2 and 4 and Schedule 3.
