This instrument revokes the Prohibition of Entry Parts of Ashmore Reef Commonwealth Marine Reserve and the Prohibition of Entry Cartier Island Commonwealth Marine Reserve, published in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette on 19 December 2013 (see C2013G01940 and C2013G01942).
This instrument was originally made under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2000 and from 19 December 2025 continues in effect or in force under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2025. See Part 20 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2025 for Application and Transitional provisions.
