Subregulation 12.23(3)

REVOCATION OF PROHIBITION OF ENTRY TO CARTIER ISLAND MARINE PARK AND PART OF ASHMORE REEF MARINE PARK

I, JASON MUNDY, Acting Director of National Parks, under subregulation 12.23(3) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2000, HEREBY REVOKE:

1. the prohibition made on 14 December 2013 prohibiting entry to part of Ashmore Reef Marine Park, notified in the Gazette (C2013G01940) and published on 19 December 2013; and
2. the prohibition made on 14 December 2013 prohibiting entry to Cartier Island Marine Park, notified in the Gazette (C2013G01942) and published on 19 December 2013.
