Enabling provisions repealed. Section 962CA of the Corporations Act 2001 was repealed by Schedule 1, item 4 of the Financial Sector Reform (Hayne Royal Commission Response No. 2) Act 2021 on 1 July 2021. Section 1101A of the Corporations Act 2001 was repealed and substituted by Schedule 1, item 4 of the Financial Sector Reform (Hayne Royal Commission Response) Act 2020 on 1 January 2021.
