Transitional: The Delegated Authority must permit the continued application of all or any part of the repealed Graduate Awards Rules to a program for a student if that student:
(a) has completed work towards that program; and
(b) not to do so might disadvantage that student.
Savings: The Graduate Coursework Awards Rules (No.2) 2009 as amended and in force immediately before the commencement of these Rules continue to apply in relation to any decision taken, or proceeding commenced and not concluded, under those Rules before the commencement of these Rules.
