To avoid doubt, in spite of the repeal of the former Statute:
(a) the establishment of the Endowment; and
(b) the appointment of Governors for the Board; and
(c)anything else done under the former Statute;
continues in force under this Statute as if this Statute amended the former Statute accordingly.

All legislative instruments that are registered must be presented for scrutiny in each House of the Parliament and, unless an exemption applies, they may be disallowed by either House. When documents are presented to the Australian Parliament for scrutiny, they are said to have been tabled.
