For subregulation 9(3) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, each person’s designation as a designated person and declaration as a declared person and each entity’s designation as a designated entity is declared to continue to have effect until 7 February 2021 (see the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons – Iran) Continuing Effect Declaration 2018).

Repeal of the enabling legislation by Legislation Act 2003
