s 50 of the Legislation Act 2003
para 4(b) of the Legislation (Autonomous Sanctions Instruments) Sunset-altering Declaration 2024 changed the date from 1/4/2024 to 1/10/2027
s 4(1)(a) of the Legislation (Deferral of Sunsetting—Autonomous Sanctions Instruments) Certificate 2022 changed the date from 1/4/2022 to 1/4/2024
Sunsetting
Most legislative instruments will sunset 10 years after registration under Chapter 3, Part 4 of the Legislation Act 2003.

Disallowance and tabling
