Transitional; An exemption or approval granted or continued, or a licence issued, under a provision of Marine Orders, Part 21, Issue 6 and in force immediately before this Issue of this Part came into force, is to continue in force as if granted under this Issue of this Part. A Licence as Compass Adjuster issued under the Navigation (Compass) Regulations and current on 31 August 1995 is deemed to be a corresponding licence issued under this Part.
