TRANSITIONAL ARRANGEMENTS (1) The revocation of the Previous Guidelines, does not affect the validity of a payment or decision made under the Guidelines. (2) A decision made under the Previous Guidelines is taken to continue to have effect as if it were made under the Guidelines.
