The Macquarie Island Toothfish Fishery Management Plan Temporary Order 2009 (No. 1) ceases to have effect on the earlier of the following: (a) the commencement of the Macquarie Island Toothfish Fishery Management Plan Amendment 2009 (No. 1); or (b) the day 6 months after the commencement of this Order.
