This Determination takes effect on the later of the day immediately after the last day on which a House of Parliament could have passed a resolution disallowing it (see s 22(4) of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997) or 1 July 2009.
The Northern Territory Flexible Funding Pool Special Account is abolished with effect from the time at which:
(a) Schedule 1 has commenced; and
(b) the balance of the appropriation for the Northern Territory Flexible Funding Pool Special Account reaches zero.
