This instrument revokes all orders previously in force under section 6 of the Environment Protection (Impact of Proposals) Act 1974.

That Act has since been repealed, but pursuant to Schedule 3, Part 2, Item 3 of the Environmental Reform (Consequential Provisions) Act 1999, this instrument is continued in force under Part 3 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
