Transition Arrangements (1) On or before 31 October 2010 each medicine to which this Order applies must comply with either: (i) the requirements specified in this Order, or (ii) the requirements specified in Therapeutic Goods Order No 56 General standard for tablets, pills and capsules. (2) On and from 1 November 2010 each medicine to which this Order applies must comply with the requirements specified in this Order.
