These Regulations commence as follows: (a) on the day after they are registered —regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1; (b) on the commencement of Schedule 1 to the Fisheries Legislation Amendment (New Governance Arrangements for the Australian Fisheries Management Authority and Other Matters) Act 2008 — regulation 4 and Schedule 2.
