  Reason: The instrument lodged and registered as F2011C00947 is erroneous in that the definitions “energy content factor” and “United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change” in regulation 1.03 do not accurately reflect the amendment made by the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 2) (SLI 2009 No. 378) as made by the rule-maker on 16 December 2009 and regulation 4.17 of Part 4 does not accurately reflect regulation 4.17 of Part 4 as made by the rule-maker on 24 June 2008.
