These Rules were made under section 8 of the Programs and Awards Statute 2006 and are continued in force under section 8 of the Programs and Awards Statute 2009 (see section 9 of the Programs and Awards Statute 2009).
Repeal of the enabling legislation by Programs and Awards Statute 2012
Most legislative instruments will sunset 10 years after commencement under Chapter 3, Part 4 of the of the Legislation Act 2003.
