This Proclamation was originally made under section 7(2) of the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 1975, and pursuant to Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Environmental Reform (Consequential Provisions) Act 1999, is continued in force under section 344 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
