This Determination takes effect on the later of (a) when the Export Wheat Commission is prescribed in Part 1 of Schedule 1 of the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997; or (b) the day immediately after the last day on which a House of Parliament could have passed a resolution disallowing it (see s 22(4) of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997). The Services for Other Entities and Trust Moneys - Export Wheat Commission Special Account was abolished by the Financial Management and Accountability Determination 2010/07 – Services for Other Entities and Trust Moneys – Export Wheat Commission Special Account Abolition 2010 (see F2010L01514).
