These Regulations commence: (a) if they are registered before Schedule 1 to the Private Health Insurance (Reinsurance Trust Fund Levy) Amendment Act 2007 commences — on the commencement of that Schedule; or (b) if they are registered after that Schedule commences — on the day after they are registered.
