These Regulations commence as follows: (a) immediately after the commencement of items 1 to 50 of the OHS and SRC Legislation Amendment Act 2006 — regulations 1, 2 and 3 and Schedule 1; (b) immediately after the commencement of Schedule 1 — regulation 4 and Schedule 2.
