The Uluru - Kata Tjuta National Park Plan of Management was made under section 11 of the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 1975, and pursuant to Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Environmental Reform (Consequential Provisions) Act 1999, the Plan of Management is continued in force under section 370 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
