This instrument has 3 enabling provisions. Enabling provisions subregulation 1.20UK(4) and Schedule 1, paragraph 1220B(3)(e) were repealed by Schedule 1, items [2] and [17] of the Migration Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 8) on 10 September 2007. Enabling provision regulation 1.17 was repealed by Schedule 1, Part 1, paragraph 2(b) of the Migration Amendment (Redundant and Other Provisions) Regulation 2014 on 22 March 2014.
