The Minister for the Environment and Heritage gave notice that the Whale Shark (Rhincodon typus) Recovery Plan 2005-2010 was expressed to be made on 28 April 2005: see Supporting Material.

Notice of the making of these plans was gazetted in the Government Notices Gazette (GN18) on 11 May 2005.
