IMPORTANT NOTE: The Television Licence Area Plan (Spencer Gulf) 2011 was made on 15 December 2011 and came into force on 2 April 2012. By operation of subsection 26(1H) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, the Licence Area Plan – Spencer Gulf (Television) – February 1996 ceases to have effect from 2 April 2012.
