This compilation was replaced on 23 February 2023 to remove “1” before the heading to regulation 1 as the number was incorrectly inserted during the compilation process an to correct the formulas in paragraph 10(2)(b) and subregulation 111B(3) as the formulas are displaying incorrectly.
