These regulations were originally made under section 7 of the Honey Levy Act (No 1) 1962 and are continued in force under section 5 of the Primary Industries (Customs) Charges Act 1999 and section 6 of the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999 (see Schedule 14, clause 7 of the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999).
This instrument was backcaptured in accordance with Section 36 of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.
