This instrument was originally made under section 11 of the Commonwealth Employees' Furlough Act 1943 and is continued in force under section 26 of the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976 (see section 3(5) of the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976 for transitional provisions.) This instrument was backcaptured in accordance with Section 36 of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.
