  Replacement type: Rectification

  Reason: To replace “if” with “is” in paragraph 10(5)(b) as the word was incorrectly changed during the compilation process. To correct the spelling of “assocation” to “association” in paragraph 12(a) as it was misspelt during the compilation process. To omit “the” and substitute “a” in the heading to regulation 15 as the word was not substituted during the compilation process. To insert a full stop after “etc” in the heading to regulations 17 and 20 as the full stops were incorrectly removed during the compilation process. To insert “No.” after “Item” in the table heading to column 1 for Parts 1 to 3 of Schedule 1 as the text was incorrectly removed during the compilation process. The cover page and endnotes of this compilation were updated to align with current formatting practices.
