This instrument approves for aeroplane pilots who, immediately before 1 September 2014, were approved under Civil Aviation Order 29.10 to test and certify aerial mustering pilots. It approves the pilot to conduct a flight test for, and to grant, a low-level rating, an aeroplane low-level endorsement and an aerial mustering – aeroplane endorsement under Part 61 of CASR.
