To amend certain Acts to provide for the imposition and variation of certain fees

 

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Act under the Norfolk Island Act 1957-1973.

Short title

      1.         This Act may be cited as the Fees Act 1976.

Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages Act 1963

      2.         The Fifth Schedule to the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages Act 1963 is repealed and the following Schedule substituted ¾
