To amend certain Acts to provide for the imposition and variation of certain fees

1. This Act may be cited as the Fees Act 1976.
2. The Fifth Schedule to the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages Act 1963 is repealed and the following Schedule substituted

3. The Acts specified in column 1 of Schedule 1 are amended as respectively specified in column 2 of that Schedule.
4. The Acts specified in column 1 of Schedule 2, as amended by this Act, may be cited as respectively specified in column 2 of that Schedule.
