  Reason: To omit “The Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Environment) Regulations 2009” and substitute “Prescribed regulations made under this Act” in subsection 790D(3) as the amendment made by Schedule 6 (item 3) of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Amendment (Titles Administration and Other Measures) Act 2021 (Act No. 91, 2021) was not incorporated to that subsection during the compilation process.
