  Reason: To omit “Trade Practices Commission” and substitute “Australian Competition and Consumer Commission” in the heading to section 97 as the amendment was not incorporated during the compilation process. To insert “and” at the end of paragraph 123(2)(k) as the word was incorrectly removed during the compilation process. To insert “by notice” before “in writing” in subsection 125(1) as the words were incorrectly removed during the compilation process. To insert a comma after “(1B)” in subsection 143(2) as the comma was incorrectly removed during the compilation process.
