This Determination revokes all General Conditions formulated under section 10F of the Aged or Disabled Persons Care Act 1954.

This Determination was originally made under section 10F of the Aged or Disabled Persons Care Act 1954 C2011C00236 and is continued in force under section 14-5 of the Aged Care Act 1997 C2011C00811 (see paragraph 29(1)(b) of the Aged Care (Consequential Provisions) Act 1997 C2006C00283 for transitional provisions).
