Before consolidations or compilations were published electronically on the Register, users of legislation relied on printed versions of the law. The practice was, from time to time, to publish regulations, rules and by-laws that remained in force at a point in time in bound volumes. This was done in 1914, 1927 and 1956. The consolidations were published with an additional volume that contained the more important Prerogative Orders together with the tables and an index. These consolidations, together with Prerogative Orders, have been made available here as a resource.
