Repealing Comments The enabling provisions in subsections 7(1), (1A), (1B), (1C), (2) and (2A) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 were repealed by Schedule 1, Part 2, item 63 of the Parliamentary Business Resources (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2017.

The enabling provision in subsection 7(4) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 no longer provides authority for this type of instrument (see Schedule 1, Part 2, item 64 of the Parliamentary Business Resources (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2017).

The enabling provision in subsection 7(5G) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 was repealed by Schedule 1, Part 2, item 65 of the Parliamentary Business Resources (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2017.
