Section 3 of the instrument provides for the applied laws specified in Schedule 1 to be amended. Section 6 of the instrument provides for the applied laws specified in Schedule 4 to be repealed. Section 4 repeals the Applied Laws (Implementation) Ordinance 1993. This Ordinance was incorrectly cited and should have read the Applied Laws (Implementation) (Amendment) Ordinance 1993.
