This instrument was backcaptured in accordance with Section 36 of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003. These Regulations are repealed by the Antarctic Seals Conservation Repeal Regulations 2007 (SLI 2007 No. 143) on the commencement of Schedule 1 to the Environment and Heritage Legislation Amendment (Antarctic Seals and Other Measures) Act 2006.
