Endo-1,4-beta-xylanase (EC 3.2.1.8) sourced from Bacillus licheniformis containing the endo-1,4-beta-xylanase gene from Chryseobacterium cucumeris

For use in the production of:

(a) potable alcohol; and

(b) starch and gluten fractions.
