This is the ASIC Corporations (Amendment and Repeal) Instrument 2026/564.
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument is made under subsections 341(1), 601QA(1), 655A(1), 673(1), 741(1), 926A(2), 951B(1), 992B(1) and 1020F(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 and subsection 5A(4) of the Corporations (Fees) Act 2001.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
1 Section 15 (notional sub-subparagraphs 912AEF(6)(b)(ii)(A) and (B) of the Corporations Act 2001)
Omit the notional sub-subparagraphs, substitute:
(A) for an IDPS—the information referred to in subsection 912ADC(3) (as notionally inserted by ASIC Corporations (Platforms—IDPSs and IDPS-like Schemes) Instrument 2026/395); and
(B) for an IDPS-like scheme—the information referred to in subsection 601FBB(3) (as notionally inserted by ASIC Corporations (Platforms—IDPSs and IDPS-like Schemes) Instrument 2026/395); and

annual investor statement:
(a) in relation to an IDPS, means either of the following:
(i) an annual investor statement within the meaning of subsection 912ADG(1) (as notionally inserted by ASIC Corporations (Platforms—IDPSs and IDPS-like Schemes) Instrument 2026/395);
(ii) an annual investor statement within the meaning of 912AD(31) (as notionally inserted by ASIC Corporations (Investor Directed Portfolio Services) Instrument 2023/669 and as in force immediately before the repeal of that instrument); and
(b) in relation to an IDPS-like scheme, means either of the following:
(i) an annual investor statement within the meaning of subsection 601FBE(1) (as notionally inserted by ASIC Corporations (Platforms—IDPSs and IDPS-like Schemes) Instrument 2026/395);
(ii) an annual investor statement within the meaning of subsection 1013DAB(13) (as notionally inserted by ASIC Corporations (Investor Directed Portfolio Services Provided Through a Registered Managed Investment Scheme) Instrument 2023/668 and as in force immediately before the repeal of that instrument).

(b) in relation to an IDPS-like scheme, has the same meaning as in subsection 1013DAB(19) (as notionally inserted by ASIC Corporations (Investor Directed Portfolio Services Provided Through a Registered Managed Investment Scheme) Instrument 2023/668 and as in force immediately before the repeal of that instrument); and
(c) otherwise—means a report that contains the information required by subsection 912AEF(1) for the relevant reporting period.
