List of Exempt Native Specimens Instrument 2001
This instrument is the List of Exempt Native Specimens Amendment (Tasmanian Rock Lobster Fishery) Instrument, May 2026.
This instrument commences on 12 May 2026.
This instrument is made under paragraph 303DC(1)(a) of the EPBC Act.
In this instrument:
EPBC Act means the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
