2025 DETERMINATION UNDER PARAGRAPH 15(1)(b)

The AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION & CONSUMER COMMISSION (ACCC) makes this determination under paragraph 15(1)(b) of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997 and determines that the proportion of the ACCC’s costs for the 2023-24 financial year that is attributable to the ACCC’s telecommunications functions and powers is $13,319,393.
