AusCheck (Organising Body—Asian Football Confederation Women’s Asian Cup 2026) Declaration 2025

(1) I, Tony Burke, Minister for Home Affairs, under section 21E of the AusCheck Regulations 2017, declare Football Australia to be the organising body for the Asian Football Confederation Women’s Asian Cup 2026.

Note: The Asian Football Confederation Women’s Asian Cup 2026 has been declared a major national event under subsection 5A(1) of the AusCheck Act 2007—see the AusCheck (Major National Event—Asian Football Confederation Women’s Asian Cup 2026) Declaration 2025.

(2) This instrument commences on the day after registration.
