This instrument is the Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Amendment (Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts Measures No. 3) Regulations 2025.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Act 1997.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
1 Part 3 of Schedule 1AB (table item 63)
Repeal the item.
2 In the appropriate position in Part 3 of Schedule 1AB (table)
Insert:
105 | To provide funding to the Hellenic Museum to support and enhance Australia’s relationship with Greece and enable Australian audiences to engage with diverse cultural and education experiences by: (a) hosting the Rituals: Gifts for the Gods exhibition; and (b) upgrading the museum’s infrastructure used to support its public programming for the exhibition. |

Insert:
763 | Online Safety Education: Digital and Media Literacy for Younger Australians | To provide funding to non‑government organisations for online safety education activities that develop the digital and media literacy of younger Australians, by helping them to critically analyse and engage with online content, as a measure with respect to postal, telegraphic, telephonic, and other like services (within the meaning of paragraph 51(v) of the Constitution). This objective also has the effect it would have if it were limited to measures to give effect to Australia’s obligations under the Convention on the Rights of the Child, particularly Articles 4 and 19. |
4 In the appropriate position in Part 3
Insert:
Despite the repeal of table item 63 of Part 3 of Schedule 1AB by Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Amendment (Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts Measures No. 3) Regulations 2025, that item continues in force for the purposes of sections 32B and 32C of the Act in relation to the administration or variation of grants made before the repeal, but not so as to authorise any new commitment by the Commonwealth to spend money.
