For protein hydrolysis during:

  1.      beer brewing; and
  2.      the manufacture and/or processing of the following types of food:
  1.          dairy;
  2.         eggs;
  3.       meat;
  4.       fish;
  5.        protein concentrates and isolates; and
  6.       yeast.
