
Telecommunications (Emergency Call Service) Amendment Determination 2025 (No. 2)
The Australian Communications and Media Authority makes the following determination under subsection 147(1) of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999.

This is the Telecommunications (Emergency Call Service) Amendment Determination 2025 (No. 2).
This instrument commences immediately after the Telecommunications (Emergency Call Service) Amendment Determination 2025 (No. 1) commences.
Note: The Telecommunications (Emergency Call Service) Amendment Determination 2025 (No. 1) commences on 1 November 2025.
This instrument is made under subsection 147(1) of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999.
The instrument that is specified in the Schedule to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable items in that Schedule.

Omit “paragraph 27(2)(b)”, substitute “section 8 of the Telecommunications (Customer Communications for Outages) Industry Standard 2024”.
