This instrument is the Remuneration Tribunal Amendment Determination (No. 5) 2025.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under subsections 5(2A) and 7(3) and (4) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
1 Section 10 (Table 2A, cell at table item dealing with National Data Commissioner, column 3)
Repeal the cell.
2 Section 11 (Table 2B, table item 9)
Repeal the item.
3 Section 16 (Table 3A, table item dealing with Special Broadcasting Service, column 4)
Omit “$67,600”, substitute “$67,500”.
4 Section 16 (Table 3A, table item dealing with Australian Sports Commission, column 5)
Omit “item 2”, substitute “items 2 and 23”.

(2) In working out the class of travel that applies to a trip involving multiple legs of air travel, ignore any stops between the start and the end of the air travel.
Note: For example, an office holder with tier 2 travel who flies from Darwin to Canberra, with a connection in Sydney, is entitled to business class travel for both legs.
