1  Name

  This is the Radiocommunications (Low Interference Potential Devices) (Consequential Amendments) Instrument 2025 (No. 1).

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences at the later of:

 (a) the start of the day after the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation;

 (b) immediately after the commencement of the Radiocommunications (Low Interference Potential Devices) Class Licence 2025.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subsections 27(2) and 262(1) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992.

4  Amendments

  The instruments that are specified in Schedule 1 are amended as set out in the applicable items in that Schedule.

5  Subsection 6(1) (paragraph (a) of the definition of relevant frequency bands)

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

 (a) one or more of:

 (i) table items 12 to 25 of Table 1; or

 (ii) Table 4; or

 (iii) table items 1 to 12 of Table 8;

  in Schedule 1 to the Radiocommunications (Low Interference Potential Devices) Class Licence 2025, as in force at the time that instrument commenced;
