  This instrument is the National Land Transport (Roads to Recovery List) Variation Instrument (No.2) 2025.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on the day after this instrument is registered.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subsection 88(2) of the National Land Transport Act 2014.

4  Schedule

  Each instrument that is specified in the Schedule to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule, and any other item in the Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
